With views that make you feel like you are on top of the world it seems unthinkable that the food can take you higher. Yet it does just that. Even before you take a bite your senses are assualted by what you have infront of you. 1742 Ibiza will give you the fine dining experience to end all fine dining experiences. It is, generally speaking, human nature to try to better your experiences. In this quest you will probably find yourself lacking.
Brainchild of masterchef Edwin Vinke, holder of 2 Michelin stars, 1742 serves a truly one of a kind seafood dishes.
San Ciriaco is an Ibicincan Festival celebrated annually on 8th August to mark the beginning of the Christian period on the island when the city changed it’s name from Yabisah to Eivissa. At midnight they start a huge firework display down in the marina to mark the event of the eighth day of the eighth month almost eight hundred years ago. There is no better place to watch this display from than 1742 Ibiza and celebrate the festival in style.
